Peopleperhour support is extremely slow or non-responsive. Ticket hasn't had a response in 6 days. Any ideas?
I opened a support ticket about a non-responsive buyer 6 days ago via this link: https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and still haven't had a response.
Any ideas or is there an email address that can be used? This is beyond frustrating.

Please be patient and know that one of our customer service team will get back to you. I can see that you sent a follow-up email to your ticket on Tuesday, which will put your ticket to the back of the queue. Please don't send any further follow-up messages until you have received a response from a member of our team.
