Refunding a buyer
The buyer isn't happy with a graphic design job. I'm happy to rework it, but I'm also thinking of offering them the option to refund. I'd like to know what happens if I do end up refunding them. For example, how does it affect the ranking, profile etc? And if they get a full refund, will they still be able to leave a review? I've done 60+ projects on PPH and never had an issue like this so want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
