    Hi, thank you, but just to confirm, I do not want to refund them just yet. I'm just thinking of giving them the option. But I'd like to know what that would mean for my ranking, etc. Thank you.

    Project refund problem is the buyer with me 
    The first video I edited for my client, he didn't like it because I used some duplicates and some mistakes. So, I edited it again for him. Then why didn't he respond to me? After 2 days, he requested a refund of the payment.
