No response from PPH support
Is anyone else having problems getting any response from PPH customer support? I contacted them on the 8th August. On the 11th I had an email to say due to a unexpected high volume of emails they hadn’t been able to reply. I messaged again on the 17th having still heard nothing and still to this day I’ve had no reply.
I feel like the platform has really gone downhill the last few months with these delays in communication and the unusual amount of time needed for checks before making earnings available etc.
