How do I actually get a response?

I asked for a clarification on fees 4 days ago. It should have been a 5 min effort to answer my questions, but no one has responded to my request. I posted my question in the forums (Getting Started), No response. I posted my question in the forums for Feedback. No response. But there is time to downgrade me because I haven't submitted a proposal because I'm waiting on anybody to give me an answer. I have a client that has asked for a proposal and I need answers to these questions in order to submit the proposal.

1. If I have a contract with a total value of 7001 USD, would the service fee by 3.5% of the total amount?

Or would it be 20% on the first $350, 7.5% on the rest totaling $568.75

2. My customer is going to pay VAT. How does this work. Will you all automatically withold VAT from payments? Should I just add the VAT amount to the contract total?

Please have someone get in touch with me today so I can get my questions answered. This isn't an unreasonable request.

It will be charged based on the payment tiers. 20% on the first $350, then the next tier, then the next. You'll need a support agent to reply to your VAT question.
