I am not being able to withdraw my money, which is shown as available for withdraw

  I can't see what the issue is from your screenshots, but possibly this could be because your funds haven't gone through the clearing period yet. If this is not the case, then please raise a ticket with our customer support team by emailing support@peopleperhour.com so they can look into this for you.
