My client has accepted my raised invoice but status is showing pending and all the amount is showing also still in Escrow account. it not be transfer in PPH account.

My client has accepted my raised invoice but status is showing pending and all the amount is showing also still in Escrow account. it not be transfer in PPH account. Please help me in this issue why the amount is still in Escrow account not come in PPH account.

  Hi there,

  If the buyer has paid the deposit into escrow, then you won't be able to access this until the project has been completed. If it has, and you have then raised the invoice, and it has been paid by the buyer, then it's possible that you are waiting for the clearing period.
