Buyer is not answering.

Hello, 

I started a project with a buyer more than 4 months ago. I have to add the communication was great, and she was very understanding and we quickly got into a really good work - I did a video for her project, and she gave great instructions... and I think she was happy with the almost finished video - but then at the final stage, she said she needed to do voiceover and return with that, so I can finalize the video. And then 4 months passed, and I don't have any response. Video is done, but I haven't raised invoice, because I waited for that voice over from her to add it. I'm not sure what to do, would love to finish and close this project, and get payed. Please let me know.

  Sorry to hear that. I would try and contact the buyer for clarification. If they are not responding within the next week, then you may want to consider raising a dispute so that our moderation team can investigate for you.

  What happened to the money deposited in Escrow?  Four months is a long time for it to be sitting there.  PPH generally return it way before then.

  Really weird.  Invoice it -  no use to anyone just sitting there, and if they don't respond at least PPH will help you further.
