Hi,

Can someone please advise me if you bid and send a proposal on a job, and they then cancel the job.... do you get that credit back to be able to bid on another job ? Or is that credit lost ?

  Hello Emma.

  Yes you will get your credit back for a canceled job & will be able to use it for another job!

  In other cases, If a buyer make some changes to the job you sent a proposal for & If you think these changes make your proposal no longer valid, you can cancel it and send a new one without using a proposal credit.

  I purchased $8.95 of proposal credits on December 15th but I was only able to make 3 proposals and now I don't have enough credits?
  How many proposal can I send for $8.95?

  Hello Moana!
  Usually its 5 credit for $8.95.
  But high value jobs may require multiple credits.
  You'll see some message like this while sending a proposal-

  if a job is awarded to someone else then, do you get that credit back to be able to bid on another job ? Or is that credit lost ?
