Job Completion problem

How do I mark a job as complete?
All the required stuff has been completed like leaving feedback from both sides, payment, etc.

I have a similar problem, which seems to be effecting my availability settings regarding hourlies, which have been automatically paused as a result of too many open jobs. These are in fact all complete, but as a seller, how do I change the status to reflect this and reactivate my hourlies?

I got this finaly from Customer support.
Like I said, below the feedback option, it will appear like "Mark the workstream as completed . Once they tick that option the Job will be marked as completed."
