Trying to update profile.

I've just tried to update my profile, as per instructions, and it won't accept my postcode with my city, which is nonsense.  It's Preston, GB and my postcode is PR3 2YU. Please tell your computer to accept it.  Many thanks!

  Hi Everyone :)

   

  I've been having this issue as well with the application after submitting i receive an email that says "Please add more details in the About section" and resubmit the application... After reading some your comments i realized that the issue could be the zip code number so i just switched my option from "Remote/In-site" to "Just Remote" and the resubmitted the application and thank GOD it got accepted ...

  So i think you should just switch to Remote

  I discovered the issue with the phone number.  It must be all numbers without punctuation.

  Wont accept my phone number? Tried a landline plus my mobile so cant update my profile? Any ideas how to get round this?

  I AM ALSO FACING SAME ISSUE WHILE UPDATING MY MOBILE NUMBER,TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES & FINALLY DONE

  SOME ONE TRY TO SORT OUT THIS.....??

  Hi Everyone.

  I've just had a very interesting exchange of direct emails with a very senior (and fairly new) member of PPH's management team and have drawn to his attention a number of shortcomings.

  I'm happy to pass this on, but I will say that if you are having a problem like this you should raise a ticket or directly email support@peopleperhour.com

  I'm pretty certain the gentleman in question will, however, have already read this thread, and I am personally confident that issues of this sort, and many others, are being addressed under his watch, but don't expect everything to be done in a matter of days.

  I am having the phone number issue. Keeps suggesting I put in a thirteen digit number, which makes no sense as US numbers only go up to eleven if you include the country code.
