i am trouble to send proposal please solve this problem.

  Hi

   

  In my last contarct I refunded the money back to buyer as  project actual requirements were out of scope. But I can see poor rating by buyer, though I have refunded the money so why i am getting this feedback?

   

  second My account is limited with "You can't send a Proposal since your Seller Application is not approved"

  I just need to have the exact reason why this happended and How can I activate my account?

   

  Looking forward for your quick reply as I want to do bids to get projects.

  Hi,

  I get "In order to send a Proposal, you should get your Seller Application approved" message while i send a proposal to any project or any application on this site.

  I just need to know the exact reason why this happended ?

  Looking forward for your quick reply as I want to do bids to get projects.
