Pausing a featured hourly

If i pause one of my featured hourlys then shall the paused duration count in its featured duration (7 days)?

  If you pause your Hourlie then it will no longer be featured.

  i featured my hourlie yesterday! For a while it showed up in the results - now, i can't even see it. where is it exactly? it's supposed to be featured until 15th march!!
