Inviting people who have starred my job

Several people have starred my Job - how do I add them to the list of people Invited to Quote?

  Hi Rob,

  All you have to do is go on their profile, click the big orange 'Contact' button and it will come up with the option to invite that person to your job.

  I have invited this person but they have now starred my same job twice. Why?
