Hi,

After commissioning a job, I have realized that the seller and I are not on the same page. So I have requested a refund so that I don't waste any more of the sellers time.

It was a misunderstanding so it was not anybody s mistake.

 

The seller is now worried about her rating and wants to push ahead with the job. But I am worried that this will set a negative tone on the outcome. 

 

Is there any way to cancel the job without affecting the rating?

  If for whatever reason she does get negative feedback, we can remove it if you both mutually agree on this

  Hi i'm having the same issue with a client, he won't want to take more of my time, and i want to do a refund the thing is that im worry about my RATING, i don't want to be affected, because im building a reputation on PPH, could anybody help me? thank you!
