How can I not disclose my buyer activity?

I can see that some people hide their buyer activity, which I would like to do.  Can you pls let me know how to do this pls?

  Go to Settings in the drop-down menu to the top right of screen, under your profile picture. Select the Privacy menu, and the option is there.

  I have done this but I can still see my buyer activity. I don't want anyone seeing the jobs I post.pph.me/ravenousraven

  Has anyone managed to do this yet? It's a bit annoying having all my history on display. I'm surprised not more people have posted this?
