I am not happy with the work done for me. The designer did not follow my instructions. I have not authorised the payment, however the payment has been released to the designer. I would like my money back.

  Hi there

  This doesn't quite reflect what has happened as I authorised the release of the funds, however I am ready to pull my hair out at this stage as I now have a website that takes AGES to load, and is full of bugs that are taking AGES to fix. I am fed up waiting for the developer to tell me when EXACTLY things are going to be sorted and he refuses to call me to discuss as requested saying he is too busy.

  I need help getting this resolved or else I want some money back so that I can pay someone else to resolve it. Can you contact me as soon as possible so I can figure out how I can get this sorted.

  Hello

  I gave my data entry project to the London bas company and paid to PPH £149. First they promise will do my job with in two day. slowly slowly they were making excuses. they extented up to 10 day. they promise now will finish my job by Sunday which is today 27/07/2014. I tried them through messages,phone calls,email, messages on PPH. but no luck. Please I want to say I thing they are not able to do my job and just waisting my time. please I want to refund my money ASAP. I want to give this task to other people on PPH. I want to black list this company as well because other people can safe from them. My email is Qayyum_24@hotmail.com. Please contact me ASAP because I don't waist my more time

  i have money in escrow that i would like refunding please.

  The job by Kieren T was not completed and left me high and dry and in a very awkward position.

  The other job was completed, but i was invoiced directly from JOshua, so have paid £25 already to him.

  Invoicing / paying outside of PPH is against the rules of the site. Your seller shouldn't have invoiced you directly, and you shouldn't have paid him directly.

  You'll need to request a refund in both cases, which you can do from your workstream.

  I was told by the Seller that I had to release the deposit from Escrow WHEN HE STARTED ON MY PROJECT OF WEBDESIGN. After I RELEASED THE FUNDS the contact was minimal, hardly any work was done and what was done was totally different from instructions. He promised in the proposal to be finished in 3 weeks. We are now over THREE MONTHS further and still no functioning website!!! i asked for my money back over a week ago and the buyer said he contacted your suppor team. But up until now no answer from him. It seems he disappeared again as he did throughout the THREE MONTHS he suppposedly worked on my website. PLEASE ANYONE CONTACT ME!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND WHERE TO WRITE TO.

  Hi Anya,

  You should never release escrow funds until work has been delivered. The seller was breaking PPH rules by asking for payment beforehand. You could contact support@peopleperhour.com, but I'm not sure what they can do to get your money back as it's already been paid.

  I am not happy with the work as they have not complied with what I have asked for. I do not want to release the payment to them as I wish to use this to get the logo made from another previous proposal. This has gone on a whole week and has put be behind in business.

  I am a user of PPH. You can use wix.com to build up your website. I used to to build my official website and than liked it to my domain name. It's not difficult and they can also help you or instruct you how to do it. Than you'll be able to update your website as you wish. They have templates for any type of business. I have too used a service from PPH and to this day my 3D music video is not ready, but 70 % completed. It took my animator almost 1 year to complete 70 % off a 3 minutes video… Yep, it's insane...
