Get money back out of Escrow

Hi there,

I put £20 into escrow but the seller could not fulfill the work so has agreed from me not to pay it.  How do I get the money back out of escrow?

  Hi Dave

  You need to click on 'Request Refund' in your workstream with this seller. I have attached a screencap of where you will find this button

  This action isn't possible when a stream is blocked (the seller had left the site). Looking for another answer.

  I have the same problem, stream is blocked so I can't get my money back out of escrow. Is there an explanation?

  Having the same problem, seller not up to doing the job, his work and communications skills are very poor, due date has passed, can't find the refund button but he sending an invoice.
  PPH, you really do need a better support system, this is annoying and putting me off using this site again as i've been trying for days to release my funds from the escrow.
