I had a job to do for a guy called "SanDiego S.".He accepted my proposal, i did the job, he was happy with the results, i send him the project, then raise the invoice . Since then, from the moment he saw the invoice, he went offline permanently, and  the money are in the escrow.

He got the job done, and I'm waiting for what ?

  Funds in Escrow for jobs will be released automatically after 30 days of submitting your invoice.

  I have been having the same problem although my buyer has been online and has seen my messages but is ignoring them. If it is 30 days after submitting an invoice, why do the terms and conditions state 15 days?

  My real problem is, the escrow only held 1/3 of the whole payment. I think i have to let go the 2/3 of it. PPH will not help me, i know, no matter i have pay some fee to PPH.

  Next time i will ask 100% of the payment on escrow. i learn my lesfon.

  It would be nice if PPH only take their cut once full payment for the job has been made as they make no effort to make a buyer pay the full amount. They get something for nothing and the seller does the full job for sometimes les than half the value of the work. Invoices get raised by PPH, they should at least try to get the Invoice paid.

  No matter what as a freelancer on PPH only take 100% as a deposit. Everyone is safe using PPH seller and buyer as the money is in escrow. Anyone buying from you through here should be fine with that, I have never had a problem.

  I have an issue with Steve.

  Before starting a project, I have provided not 4 or 5 it's more than 50 emails as a sample for his approval and he approved it and accepted my proposal, I already said that I will provide you same sheet and I have worked according to sample it's 500000 emails collection.

  After providing a 5,00,000 emails sheet URL, I have created an Invoice. He saw and not replied for 4-5 days. I am continuously doing follow up to him. After 5 days he said the URL is not working. How it's possible that again I have given the same URL and in sometime, he rejects my Invoice to my. He already used my important Emails and now he is very rude and not paying my Invoice. He just want to eat my 5,00,000 data free of cost without any pay.

  I have worked for 3 moths for my client Dror, he is not paying the remaining amount of the agreed NDA. The Project is delivered to him, I am rasing invoices again and again but he is saying the work is not completed however the project is completed.
