Hi there,

 

I'm currently living abroad in Colombia but my bank is still a UK one. Because of this, when I transfer money from my PPH wallet to my account, I shouldn't have to pay international bank transfer fees, should I? It seems nonsensical, but if I try to do it, it tells me I will be charged £20. I see no reason to pay this.

 

Any help you could give me would be much appreciated,

  Hi... this is the same poster as the original question... for 5 months, my problem was solved. But since the changeover to this new format, I am again being asked for a fee to my bank. I shouldn't have to pay this! Please can you look into it as soon as possible?

  I would also like the question of an international fee answered; though living in Ireland, my bank is a UK-based branch of a UK bank..
