    Hi... this is the same poster as the original question... for 5 months, my problem was solved. But since the changeover to this new format, I am again being asked for a fee to my bank. I shouldn't have to pay this! Please can you look into it as soon as possible?

    I would also like the question of an international fee answered; though living in Ireland, my bank is a UK-based branch of a UK bank..
