PPH tell me that i have not been paid for a job even though I have. As a result they say that I will have the deposit (paid by my buyer) refunded to them. please help

It looks like you haven’t finished delivering your create an A5 hand drawn pencil portrait service to Lucy, and it’s now 15 days later than the delivery date promised in your Hourlie.
Please note:
- your Buyer is now entitled to ask for a full refund, and by 07 June 2014 they will automatically receive a full refund if the service remains undelivered.
- late delivery will also more directly affect your rankings on PPH.

- If you have finished the work get paid by using the “Raise an Invoice” button that you can find in the WorkStream; Lucy will then be asked to pay your invoice by releasing the funds in Escrow to you. Find out more here..

why pph is beating the hell out of seller?
I sent the following issue at least 4 times to customer service and had no reply from any one
My seller accidently gave me 4 stars. I was on 3 level and dropped to mid of level 2 just because of one review of 4 star.
He contacted customer service and after weekend today i got my rating 5. But my level has not been back to 3 as it was despite the fact that i got 4 full rating reviews on weekend and more jobs too. I might get close to level 4 but still hanging to 2. This is not at all fair.
1. There should option available for seller to edit his review within 24 hours. Before that level should not be dropped.
2. My 3 to 4 invoices has been paid but money not transferred to my account yet. Happens all the time.
3. My level should have been close to 4. 4rating was by mistake which has been corrected so gve me back my level as i was doing everything right.
5. When level was dropped it dropped from 3 to mid of 2 drastically just because of one 4 star review(which was later corrected) but why it doesnt increase with that pace?
6. Kindly consider this situation genuin and please act on urgent basis i want my cert score back as i earned it by day and night hardwork.7. Kindly reply to our queries. Its 4th time i am writing on this issue. Before that i got no reply from anyone.
Remember a happy employee is more productive. So resolve ths issue as soon as possible. As i am getting too much tensed on pph due to the loop holes in the system. I want my cert score back(it was just accidental and issue of 4 star gt resolved and gt 5 stars back... i want my score back too it should have reached by now close to 4 if that mistake hasnt happened and client has option to edit review).
