Why does the desposit not match money taken from the bank?

I have now paid 2 deposits. One of £40 and one of £60. But the amounts taken from the bank do not match this. And I am unable to find any invoices on this website. The amount for £60 has shown up in the bank for £60.14 and the one for £40 has come up as £40.76.

Account have been chasing this for a long time, we really must be sent receipts or able to access receipts on the website.

  Hi Rachel, 

  This sounds like the transaction fees. See below:

  • Payment processing fees are passed on to you when you use a credit / debit card or PayPal to pay for services on PPH. 

  Hope this helps to shed some light.

  Why do PPH never answer this question?. It's proving very difficult for my accountant
