How on earth do I pay an hourlie. This site is so confusing. I am going round in circles trying to figure out how to pay someone for the work they have done.

Have you even tested your site?

I love your concept but if your site is unusable then I wont be using you.

  OK, I watched the video and I am still completely confused. I was thinking of using this site more, (to save me time on little projects here and there) but honestly it will take WAY more time than I would save just to figure out how to use the site.

  You have to link to a video to answer how to pay? That tells you how confusing your site is. The sad thing is I have already figured out once how to pay someone else and now on my second job I cannot figure it out again.

  I just figured this out for the second time: it is impossible. You have to wait until they invoice you. Then you will see an invoice (somewhere I forget).

  I am totally lost also. I bought a job. The people did it well and on time. Now I need to pay them but I cannot find how on earth to do it. Furthermore all your so-called 'Help' items are about Buyers not paying up. It makes it seem like all Buyers are sharks. I have quite the other problem. I want to pay but I can't find when on your site to do it. Any help appreciated.

  I total agree, i have used elance and upwork for years with no problem, this is the first time i have used PPH ! depositing funds was easy but how on earth do I pay my contractor now he has finished the job its incredibly frustrating especially as support provides no answers
