Why would CS block the WorkStream
AnsweredI'm working on the project and everything going smoothly messaged each other few times regarding the job & then suddenly yesterday I can't post an update through the message work-stream. I tried several times & then saw that CS blocked it. I emailed the CS but got no response yet. However the job submission time is closing by. What's actually going wrong!

Just now got the message from CS;
"Hello Md
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately your buyer didn't respond to our mails and did not provide us any documents to verify their account. Hence our payments team has deactivated their account. If you are in contact with your buyer then please ask them to contact us immediately with the documents to verify their account and reactivate it."
How could I message him when I'm blocked!! And what will happen to the Escrowed amount, as I almost finished the job?

I don't get it how could he be able to contact me ? why would i be the sufferer if his account needs to verify. I mentioned that I already completed the job almost & invested my effort & expense for the job as agreed with the proposal. And I shouldn't take the uncertainty of either he will or will not do so as you asked or get away from PPH!
