  Hello PPH

   

  I reported the  payment error last sunday.  It's been several day, still my issue still not sorted.   This is ridiculous.   Not sure how many years it's gonna take them sort it.

  I am having the same issue. I have tried paying by two credit cards and PayPal and I get the same error message every time.

  This issue should be documented in the FAQ's as it has obviously been going on for a while.

  Thanks for the heads up Wes. You've responded faster on here than their support have.
  I've tweeted and Facebooked the support fail and will continue to.
  I have no problem paying people who are doing work for me outside the platform if PPH can't respond in a timely fashion and provide sensible resolutions for using their platform.
