no response to refund request, what is the next step to get my money back from escrow. seller has not started any work and not responded to emails so i will like to find another seller however i want my £40 back first!

  You either have to get agreement from the seller for a refund, or raise a dispute with PPH. You can't just get it back once you've committed to a project with the seller.

  I put money into escrow. Rejected the work done and then heard nothing?

  Bruce, you are wasting your time here.

   

  What exactly is it that you want?

  If you want the work done speak to the developer.

  If you want to get a refund speak to the developer AND PPH.

  PPH do not respond and they seem to be supporting the freelance for work not done which is against there  policy. PPH Policy is work done needs to be paid but if a seller does not do the work agreed upon they should not be paid. I will take this up with pPH as it seems they are not protecting the buyer.
