Display time zone next to hourlie's city

Seeing as many contracts are between parties who are not in the same time zone, it would be nice to see the other party's time zone next to their profile, or when you hover over their city.

  This would be so helpful to me, especially with Hourlies which are to be 'completed in one day'

  This would be a great feature. Especially when deadlines are tight, knowing what the day and time is in each other's time zones would be very helpful for both parties
