Compulsory for clients to indicate min - max budget - like other sites are doing

Please make it compulsory for clients to specify their minimum - maximum budget.

It will help us (freelancers) to decide whether we should send our proposal for the job or not. Many clients want their jobs done for peanuts and a lot of our proposal credits wasted.

  We agree too, also, the way that you have to propose a figure that is close to what the prospect has stated as their budget. This needs to be removed.
