Flagging system for complaints about postings

Hi, I'm new here, so forgive me if I can't find what I'm looking for, it may already exist. I was browsing for Illustration commissions, and I came across a job posting, someone looking for an illustrator, but they were advertising for 4 illustrations and they only offered a total budget of £20. As I'm new, I couldn't post in the comments that this is too low a budget for the amount of work required, so I wrote a proposal based on my day rate fees (approx £60 per hour) for the work - I offered an outline budget of £240, but I can't find anywhere on the PPH ad itself to flag up a potentially exploitative posting, and I'm worried that amateurs will accept this project and do the work for less than they should be paid. Where can I complain about unprofessional posts?

    There should be a flat icon at the top of the job posting to flag the job. I'm not sure how seriously PPH take this though.

    Thanks Dawn, I can't find a flat icon, so I reported the user for posting an unprofessional job listing. I'm sure it's as effective as Facebook's "report abuse" button....

    Thanks, I'm not getting that feedback flag to the top of the job listing where it appears in your screenshot there is nothing :-( And I'm guessing it links to that feedback box... :-(
