Yes me too suggesting this one, please set the time limit for accepting and rejecting the proposal by buyer

Because all our proposal credits get locked and unanswered which we loose opportunity for new works.

PPH has released money without my approval and the work was not completed. Pls advise how this was allowed

I agree, particularly featured proposal credits as they are expensive

The limits on proposal credits are pretty poor, since the award rate is extremely low. It's often best to determine the award rate for a buyer before bidding at all.

I agree that this is annoying. It's not worth our time if they have a low award rate, so do your research, make sure they've bought before and have a high award rate (it differs from freelance site to freelance site, but 80% is usually pretty good).

It isn't fair on new buyers, since all they'll get is spam, but PPH has got a host of issues that everything they release is just a continual series of patches on. CERT is another such problem and there is a compounding problem here, where they now can drop your cert level if you don't bill frequently enough. So imagine a situation where you run out of credits, were at cert 5 and it drops. All that hard work to build it, with poor, low paid work, ruined because of the high number of low award buyers.

    ^ this

I just started but the out of 40 proposals, 3 were rejected and the rest was ignored. Which this rate I will definitely not continue working on PPH. This is an absolute no-brainer to refund credits for non-rewarded jobs?!

I have spent all my credits on proposals since I signed in and now I get invited on jobs I can't send proposals unless I buy credits or wait until the month has passed to get 15 free ones.
They were all either rejected or ignored completely.
I don't really know how this place could be good for designer with 25 years experience that charge £35 per hour when the majority can offer the same work for 1/5 of that.
it is a lose situation I find myself in and don't know if it is worth carry on with PPH.
