    Hi Dan,
    If the Buyer is non responsive the money in escrow will eventually be released to you unless it goes to dispute.

    Eventually PPH should pay you the money in escrow. Beyond that PPH will not pursue the buyer for payment.

    I had a similar case. PPH responded that if we feel the danger of being left without full payment, we could ask for a bigger Escrow deposit. Well, I find this very correct. Isn't it? Next time I might ask for the full amount in Escrow, if I feel that the Buyer might fail to communicate and fully pay any invoice.

    I always ask for full amount as the deposit in escrow, just in case the client does become unresponsive after I have delivered all work. Any disputes can be resolved at a later date.
