Client not paid invoice (3 weeks now)

A buyer i started working with over 3 weeks ago has not paid an invoice that was submitted exactly 3 weeks ago today.

Now PPH have stepped in and told him to pay it asap which was a week ago and yet he still has not paid.

Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do to get what i am owed?

I have taken the work I done from the website and am happy to reupload it once payment has been put through.

  Hi Dan,
  If the Buyer is non responsive the money in escrow will eventually be released to you unless it goes to dispute.

  Eventually PPH should pay you the money in escrow. Beyond that PPH will not pursue the buyer for payment.

  I had a similar case. PPH responded that if we feel the danger of being left without full payment, we could ask for a bigger Escrow deposit. Well, I find this very correct. Isn't it? Next time I might ask for the full amount in Escrow, if I feel that the Buyer might fail to communicate and fully pay any invoice.

  I always ask for full amount as the deposit in escrow, just in case the client does become unresponsive after I have delivered all work. Any disputes can be resolved at a later date.
