PPH,

Why did you take money out of my escrow then refund it with a 10% fee..

I am still working on the job with the client, Its say refund fee of 10%

Explain to me what has happen. I have sent 2 emails with no response...

I am not happpppy...

  Has you client requested any refund? It can't happen without being initiated from one of the parts involved in the project.

  Client must have requested for a refund. You can stop this by refusing a refund.
