1. I'm post 5 hourlie but not get any work until now, please someone give me tips to get Work.

2. If I'll feature any Hourlie, is it guaranty to get a job?

  Feroz, there are no guarantees to get any work on PPH.

  Your poor English language skills aren't helping. PPH can be tough if English isn't your first language.
