Unverified Buyer
Recently I've faced a problem. I did a job for a buyer a few days ago. Completed the job in time, delivered and the buyer released the money as procedure. She even gave me a 5 star rating for the job.
The problem is, PPH is not transferring the money from escrow to my account because they are claiming that, the buyer's account is not verified!
However I contacted with the customer care and also the buyer to resolve the issue.
My question is, what if a buyer doesn't verify her/his account and leave PPH after getting the work done? What if he/she doesn't care about verifying his/her account as she already got the work done?
If this happens then I think this is a big problem for a seller because nobody wants to face this kind of problem after hard work. If PPH can't release the money of an unverified buyer then why it letting the buyer to post a job?
My idea is, PPh shouldn't let an unverified buyer to post a job as it's not possible to release the money from an unverified buyer's account.

I agree, I am having the same problem of having a buyer unverified but here is the thiing, once pph claims that a client has not verified his account, then according to pph they should not be able to fund or release funds from any escrow.
But the really irksome thing is that pph should clearly list if a client is verified or not so that we can decide whether to work with them or not. As it stands, am seriously contemplating complaining about pph to all the online portals starting with better business bureau and moving on to google and getting them to shut the client's website down, since the work done is not paid for and therefore stolen..

Good luck trying to get your money.
If the buyer isn't verified, you WON'T be paid. I have the same problem. Carried out work for a customer. Customer had already paid money into Escrow, left a 5 star review, but because he's not verified, PPH won't release the money. If I were you, I would stay well clear of PPH
