Delay in withdraw request.

I would like to know how long it will take to withdraw the funds that I requested on 21 January 2015.
Please let me know.

They probably won't release the funds until you upload personal identity documents - which I'm refusing to do after they lied about being registered with the ICO and have a "Care of" address registered with companies house. I've no idea who is getting hold of documents that could be sold for identify theft and other fraud. If they wanted identification docs they should ask for them before the account is approved to buy/sell and not once they think they can force you into it by holding onto YOUR money unreasonably!

@Nick @Amanda...I glad to see I am not the only on facing this issue!.a buyer purchased a service from me so I requested the deposit as the full amount.They payed.I did the work and sent it to the buyer.I raised an invoice as usual and the buyer paid bt after 3 days of waiting for it to clear PPH did not accept it and refuse to give me MY money because the buyer did not upload any ID!.

PPH need to get this sorted out! They need to get properly registered with ICO and provide details of exactly what security they have for postal details and then they need to make any ID requirements mandatory before any account is approved. What's really annoying is that they don't even tell you the money is being withheld - there's no contact at all - and you have to complain to them that you've not had your funds come through before they tell you why - totally unprofessional and unnecessary!!!
