"REMOTE AS WELL AS ON-SITE WORK" selected in profile not working at all

I have switched my profile ON with the "REMOTE AS WELL AS ON-SITE WORK" option and still I cannot apply for on-site and remote jobs?!? Why?

I am getting a system message:

"Warning!
This is an on-site Job. You cannot take on on-site work if the country of the Job is different from the one stated in your Profile."

Please advise how to proceed.
