No help from pph support team

It's been 6 days since I withdrew from the PPH account but the money still hasn't arrived in my payoneer account.   One thing I noticed is no response from PPH support team no help.  My ticket number: 1222344    ticket number: 1222457

  If you keep raising tickets, all you do is place yourself back to the end of the queue.  They tell you not to do this.
