    Problem with my payment,

    On this project my client released payment but i didn't get yet,
    Your support team told me to send proof of work,I can send that is no problem.
    But also i am seeing "Fiona, we would like to inform you that your account remains unverified. Therefore we are unable to release your invoice payment to the Seller"

    This message.
    My client release payment,That means $ is mine.
    You can not hold my $ for any other person as i completed work already.
    So if she not verify her account i will not get that $ ?
    You need to tell her before giving me project,as now she will verify or not it's not sure.
    So if not i will loss ? Is it fair that i will not get money after complete work just for verify her account ?
