Why do I have a 15% service fee for the first $565 but on the website it tells for the first £175?

I would like to clarify why my service fee is 15% from the first $565 monthly. I've read every term in peopleperhour website, but I cannot find the answer. I've read that it must be a 15% service fee from the first £175 and then 3% service fee during that month.

  Due the no reply from Peopleperhour team, I cancelled my invoice and I will remove my account from this freelance website.
