    I think yes. Currently I am facing same issue. I am going to raise dispute instead of approve refund. Dispute will cost you approx £25 but I think you should do that.

    Hello

    I'm afraid Yatin's answer isn't true. If the problem was not your fault, then your rating should NOT be reduced. However, I've noticed my CERT drop because of this. Your success rate is based on your rating, so your 97% will NOT go down. This will only go down if a job is completed, you receive payment and your buyer gives you a low rating.

    Also, disputes do not cost £25, but 10% of the fee you are disputing. Therefore, Yatin's case must be over an amount of £250.

    Thank you for your comment. But I was informed by PPH support that ranking will be affected if you get auto 1* feedback because of refund. Because PPH can remove 1* auto feedback but rating (currently my rating is 100% and TOP CERT with 191st rank) calculated dynamically.     That is different. If you do not respond to the refund and it automatically refunds the person after three days, only then you will get an automatic 1* rating as you simply did not reply.

    However, if you click "refund" and accept their refund, you will simply just refund them the money and your rating will not be affected
