Invoicing for a lower amount to the accepted proposal

How do i go about invoicing for an amount lower than the accepted proposal? I want to part refund too.

A client had me design her logo and she decided 2 days later when i was part way through to hire another designer and want a refund. I want to charge for the hours I've put in so i want to refund her half (which was easily doable) and invoice for half (which the PPH workstream won't let me - it won't let me invoice for lower than the accepted proposal value). thanks!

  MD AGREED TO OBTAIN 5000 "LIKES" FOR MY ACCOUNT THAT WERE ACCEPTABLE BY FACEBOOK. HE AGREED TO DO THIS FORM $48, AFTER 700 FACEBOOK SAID THE "LIKES " WERE NOT LEGAL. I ASKED THAT MD STOP AND ACCEPT $10 FOR HIS WORK. HE AGREED AND TOLD ME TO ASK FOR A REFUND. I DID THIS BUT YOUR SYSTET DOES NOT SEEM TO ALLOW THIS. PLEASE REFUND ME $38 AS MD AGREED
