Is it 15% fee or calculator not working

Hi, I'm wondering if your fee calculator is not working properly or your fees are not 15% or there are some hidden fees as when I enter hourly rate $14.63 then it shows that I'll earn $12 but actually $14.63 - 15% = $12.44. Please, advise. Thank you.

  fees are taxed 15% until you have earned 275 pound. it's 2.5 after that

  Here it's a part of T&C of PPH:

  For Sellers registered until May 13, 2015 PPH charges a Service Fee of a 3.5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £175 | €210 | $280 USD earned in the month which has a 15% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.
  For Sellers registered after May 13, 2015 PPH charges a Service Fee of a 5% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), above the first £375 | €520 | $560 USD earned in the month which has a 15% (excl. VAT) Service Fee.
