funds have disappeared from my PPH wallet

funds have disappeared from my PPH wallet, yes I have not conducted any transaction or withdrawn the funds. this is the third message I have sent today.

can I get my money back? there is no record in the transaction history as to where the funds have gone.

please get back to me ASAP.

  Please help me too. I withdrew to an approved PayPal account. The money is not in my PayPal and not in my PPH wallet. 

  PayPal asked me to contact PPH.

  Please help me!
