Hi
I need HELP!!!
I have posted project on yr site..BUT I have a challenge..How do I know if these people who are on yr list can ACTUALLY do the job/project?? What verification/vetting do you do to ensure I am hiring capable people who can deliver?
How do I work on a project with yr people without a formal contract with specific DELIVERABLES stated as in any other corporate contract with consultants?

  Ameen! I am having the issue from the BUYER side...I am on a number of these freelance sites (I have worked for a year as a freelance voice actor off of almost nothing but freelance sites)....so far this has been THE worst as far as legitimate Sellers. I have done two jobs (almost completely) without pay due to extenuating (I need it NOW) demands and I have not gotten paid. This is ridiculous! This person has listed their job 3 times (and is stupid enough to "invite" me each time) and I had already done the work and sent it last night (on the assurance that they would accept my proposal today once they woke up (time difference). I have given many clients the benefit of the doubt and delivered work and I have not NOT gotten paid a single time in over a year. NOT the case with site. Hugely disappointed!
