Payment Through Payoneer

I have withdrawal $218 from PPH to Payoneer Account on 9 Feb.
But it still doesn't appear in the Payoneer Account, when I asked about the same from Payoneer, they told that PPH haven't released the money to them yet.
Can you please look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.
