Copyright
Hi,
I have seen in the terms that all copyright in the work is assigned to the buyer (upon full payment of the agreed fee, of course).
I would like to confirm that this ingludes, for example, the right to reproduce the work in any product for sale (e.g. merchandise) without the need to secure other rights.
Also, I understand the right of transformation of a work is usually retained by the author. Is this also the case with works carried out through PPH?
Thanks
Pablo

Hi David,
I am not sure how to reply to you directly. Thank you for your answer, they suggested to email them and they got back to me by email confirming what I asked. That said, I share your concern and I agree a separate agreement may be a solution when a wide use is expected.
All the best

Hi, I have a specific but very important question, which I would like to receive an answer to. I created/invented a unique logo on 03/06/2017 of which I only recently (April 2018) paid a seller to convert it into a vector by use of Illustrator as I do not have the software to do so, since I had created it on my iPad. So my question is, does my original automatic copyright now get shared with the Freelancer or PPH, or do I still own 100% copyright of my logo that I created? I hope this question makes sense. I look forward to a response.
