How do I make a withdrawal on money I have earned!

I have tried to do a withdrawal and it says it was rejected. Why? How? I would like to get paid.

  No, it doesn't. Also, the wording makes no sense. It asks why are you making a withdrawal and none of the responses go along the lines of "because I want to get paid". They are all about too many funds were added to the project, the project was canceled, etc.. It seems they are all from the Buyers point of view. It also says the funds will be credited to their point of origin which sounds as if it is going back to the client not to the designer. Overall, the documentation and the UI aren't incredible helpful.
