how can we contact customer service on PPH???!!!! impèossible to find a link anywhere...it seems it is all designed to discourage everyone from contacting PPH

  All I found was an email address support@peopleperhour.zendesk.com (had to send 2 emails before receiving a reply) I also used Twitter to speed up the response time.

  Dear Sir

  I'm sorry that your institution has not been able to answer me about the reasons regarding my job- account after more than Two weeks. This is a signal that shows these kinds of institutions are not reliable enough for their clients.

   So as a Goodwill gesture, I give you 12 hours opportunity to inform me about the so called reasons, if not, I prefer to remove my profile from PPh.

  Hi

  im very frustrated because I can not contact any freelancer, can’t post a job and now can’t get in Touch with support.

  I email the above email address, only to get an auto reply with a link leading me back to your website. I’ve tried submitting a form but the Submit button doesn’t work. 

  I tried to contact some people but after pressing contact, it’s blank underneath so no where to type an email.

  i tried posting a job but can’t submit because I have to choose a sub category for the job. But the problem is the drop down is empty so I can’t choose anything.

   

  im going around in circle. I tried for 2 days now, egress and log in through different devices. A service meant to be fior convenience is now costing me time and I can’t talk to a human being. 

   

  Are you you going to reply, PPH?
