Withdraw funds not working

Whenever I enter the amount to be withdrawn nothing happens after that.
What I am supposed to do to withdraw funds? I have even made the payoneer withdrawal account.

  I have mentioned in the question that when I click "Withdraw funds", and enter the amount to be withdrawn, nothing happens further.

  Funds never gets transferred.
